Returns on Smokeless cigarette products
All our products come with a 7-days return or refund policy.

We will gladly accept any returned smokeless cigarette items for an exchange if not satisfied within 7 days of receiving the product. Providing that the returned item is sent back in its original package and that all included items which were in the original package are also included. The item must not be damaged in any way . If you would like a refund for your purchase a refund will be processed upon written request in the form of an email minus shipping cost and a 25% used product fee.

In case of returning smokeless cigarette items for an exchange, please send us an email with your name, order number, product name, and the problem you have with the product. *Color of item may be substituted only if selected color is not in stock, if a model is not in stock a upgraded model may be selected, if the selected model of filters is not in stock, a liquid form may be substituted or upgraded.. We try hard to keep all electronic cigarette kits, filters and colors in stock but because of unpredictable shipping times and U.S. customs inspections we can not guarentee colors or mdoels. If the model you have chosen is not in stock, we will send a upgraded version in exchange. Due to Customs restriction, International shipments may not apply for return.

About the warranty
1 year on electronic cigarette atomizer and charger, 3 months on batteries for Supercig products. In case of a factory malfunction, we will replace the product. Please keep your original packaging, enclose your filled out warranty card and send back the product. Replacements under warranty will be made only once. The warranty period is from date of purchase of the original parts. We will send you back a replacement electronic cigarette free of charge (incl. shipping costs).
